B5Be_PCHV1y *READ ALL THE WAY TO THE BOTTOM* When I was 18 years old, I was nearly 6'0" and 139 pounds. I vividly remember the feeling of being so skinny that I faintly touched my rib and felt nothing but bone. To this day the thought still haunts my mind and is the scariest feeling I've ever felt, and it provoked the thought of me committing suicide. But before that even became a real thought, I picked myself up. I told myself that I was going to get through this and that I was going to make something of myself because of the dark hole that I was in, and that's when i committed myself to the gym. I knew that it was my birthright to become the best version of myself and take what was rightfully mine. Day after day I started piecing it all together. The training, the diet, the late nights, and the exhaustion from working so hard was addicting to me, and it still is to this day. All adversity will teach you something in like if you let it. Let me use mine to help you. I am going to be having some very awesome things coming within the next couple of weeks, but for the time being I want you to be the first to know whenever something new is dropping. Text keyword "sadik" to 81787 and you all will be the first to know what we've got in store!! I appreciate all of you for the support of the years and look forward to many amazing things to come.

B40bhSYnzfp Have you ever wondered how you can become unstoppable on the way toward your dreams? The stories of success frequently make you believe that there are some people who seem to be affiliated with fortune and success… the ones who can reap all the rewards and win every competition… thevery fact that some people prove to reach remarkable peaks make you start thinking that they have something you don’t. - In fact, they are neither more talented nor better than you. They were born with the identical gift as you were. This gift is your brain, a brain that has a boundless capability to create, learn, produce and perform. - The widespread belief about the hidden secrets of insane productivity is also a fallacy. The secret sauce only chosen ones know the recipe of is rather a myth than reality. There is no point in spending years struggling to figure out the secret ingredients of success and trying to follow someone else’s example. You already have everything to succeed. You already have everything you need to achieve anything you want. Yes, it takes time, talent and effort. Nevertheless, every goal is attainable. - My number one tip to help you accelerate your growth and achieve anything in life is to first Master Your Mindset. What you think you become. If you still believe that success is all about an innate talent that you probably lack, you are wittingly setting limitations on what you think is feasible. Stop doubting yourself and embrace your strengths. Change your attitude regarding the things you want to accomplish and make them your number one priority but not the secondary option. Believe in your success and adopt a thought that your personal breakthrough is possible.

B4yVK60He_4 You can not win in life, if you’re losing in your mind. Let that soak in for a second... - You should always work hard and give your best. It doesn’t matter what you’re doing in life, if you always give your best, you will get much better results than if you don’t. Giving 100% in everything you do ALWAYS leads you to greater things in life. - The ones who go above and beyond in this world are almost always rewarded with better positions. Those who train harder, study harder and give more of themselves will always get more out of their life than those who take it easy, that’s just common sense. - So give your best, give everything you have to get your best possible result, if it doesn’t work out at least you will have the pride of knowing you gave it your best shot. And at worst you will have also learned as much as you can along the way, and those who are committed to learn more in life will almost always be the same people who earn more and become more. - If your mind is strong and your work ethic is strong, then your LIFE will be strong 👊🏼

B4qiNijH0WV How often do you train the other side of your chest? you know... that large group of muscles known as your back. Unfortunately the back is often overlooked by many. - Let me be the first to remind you that you gotta row to grow! So here are some basic tips for you next time you T-bar row, barbell row, and dumbbell row: - Stretch at the bottom. Make sure you allow full extension of the elbows at the start; if there's any bend, you're cheating! If you really need to force the issue, make yourself relax completely for one second at the starting position before performing the next rep. - Pull through the elbows. When performing pulling exercises, think of your lower arm being welded in a perfectly straight line. Instead of pulling with your hands, you now have to pull through your elbows to perform the movement. This point isn't as important in pronated or neutral grip exercises, but more so with supinated (underhand) grips where the mid-arm muscles are more likely to contribute. - Squeeze at the midpoint. This is another critical point. You want to make sure you're using muscular strength and not momentum to perform the reps. If you can't pause with the weight at the midpoint of the movement, you're using too much weight! - TAG someone who needs to hear this below 👇🏼

B4h_21gHtVB If you’re looking to build legendary legs, you need absolute control of how you stimulate them. You need to address your strengths and weaknesses strategically. The anatomy of the quad is essentially the same as the arm, so it can be helpful to think about the way you train arms when you approach your leg training. .. 🦵🏼Think of your Quads as the triceps of your legs. They serve to extend the leg using 4 smaller muscles that originate around the hip and connect to the knee. .. 💥The 4 Muscles in the Quads are 1️⃣Vastus lateralis 2️⃣Vastus medialus 3️⃣Vastus intermedius 4️⃣Rectus femoris .. 🍖The Hamstrings are the biceps of the legs. They serve the very important role of stabilizing the squat and helping to hinge the hips. The hamstrings can make or break your leg routine and therefore it is important to learn a bit about them and make sure that you take care of them. It’s very common for people to have very shortened, tight hamstrings. This can lead to postural problems and can only compromise your squat and deadlift form, but it can make performing normal life activities like tying your shoes hard. .. 📔10 Of My E-Books - $10 Dollars ✅My Exact Methods - Start at $1.99 🖇LINK IN BIO “OR” 👉GO TO: Ebooks.trainwithsadik.com

B4QZqMTHgK1 Consistently doing the work! That's what we’re about and thats what will ultimately lead to success! Take Chest training for example.... If you’re lacking strength and looking for a BIGGER pump try incorporating resistant bands to any dumbbell movements like flys/presses before getting into your compound moves. Notice when you’re in sync enough with the mind-muscle connection and squeeze at the top you will quickly get a SICK pump and have full activation when it comes to your heavier lifts. Give it a shot and let me know what you think! .. Download the complete chest training ebook now! -> LINK IN BIO

B4P05ijH6RK It’s not what we do once in a while that shapes our lives. It’s what we do consistently. .. To be consistent means to fully dedicate yourself completely to a task, activity or goal. It means to fully stay engaged without distraction. .. To be consistent requires a commitment on your part. It requires that you commit yourself to a sustained effort of action over the long-term. What this essentially means is that you keep your word to yourself and others that you will follow through with what you set out to do consistently over a period of time up until the moment your objectives are achieved. As such, consistency is all about your ability to be dependable, reliable and responsible for all your choices, decisions and actions. .. Consistency is about building small empowering habits and rituals that you partake in every single day that keep you focused on your highest priorities and goals. It therefore essentially comes down to your ability to hold yourself accountable for the daily choices you make with no excuses and no complaints. You and you alone are accountable for what you do and what you fail to do. All responsibility lies solely in your hands. .. To be consistent means to focus on the present moment while maintaining a long-term view that helps you measure your results and the impact of your daily actions. With this regular feedback in your hands, you are better able to learn from your failures and mistakes to help you effectively alter your course of action where required. .. Consistency is therefore all about repetition. It’s about repeating the same actions (habits and rituals) over and over again; gaining feedback from these actions and adjusting them accordingly to help you stay on track as you work towards your goal. And that, in essence, is the difference between success and failure in any field of endeavor and the key to high levels of achievement.

Leg extensions allow you to create quad growth with even light weight for those with knee, hip, and ankle issues. .. 🔥LEG EXTENSIONS: .. 1️⃣Isolation exercise - it involves movement at only one joint and targets one muscle group. .. 2️⃣Strengthens the patellar ligament and the quadricep attachment for the knee. .. 3️⃣An good option for beginners as form isn’t as  necessary compared to compound movements. .. ⚡️Workout Plans Starting At $1.99 ⚠️Go To: Ebooks.trainwithsadik.com ✖️LINK IN BIO

If your gym has the right equipment like you see here, try mixing up your typical rowing movements. B4BZR0MHam8 Being focused on one thing for a certain period allows you to do a better quality of work, more work gets done quicker, and your creative ideas flow easier. Being focused on one goal at a time is less stressful on your mind. .. Being focused means that you have clear goals and objectives and your work is dedicated to achieving those goals and objectives. When you are deciding what you are going to do in any given moment; you base your decision on how you can make the most progress towards your goals with the time and resources available. .. Being focused in the present moment means that you are solely focused on the one activity that you are trying to complete. Anything else is unimportant so you shut out all distractions and give your full and undivided attention to the task at hand. .. Being focused is the key to success. B34iGPNHbj6 No matter your sport, hobby, or profession we all use our biceps in some way shape or form. It's fun to train your arms hard and see the physical progress, just don't get stuck in a rut, doing the same curl repeatedly. Make significant gains and get your biceps to pop more by incorporating the exercise you see above (Waiter Dumbbell Curls) to your routine. I love switching things up and end up favoring these over straight bar because it alleviates pressure on my elbows and puts my wrists in a more natural position than a straight bar. This movement if done properly, will not only increase growth, but will tap into new muscle fibers that may have been dormant if you focus deeply and make em count! .. 🚨FOR ONLINE COACHING ————————————— 👉🏼(Click the link in my bio) OR 📬Email: “MONDAY” to [email protected]

B32lBOTn0WL Whatever the situation that you’re in, even if it’s not an ideal situation, you could still make the best of it. If you consistently do your best, what’s going to happen to over time? You get better. You grow and develop by consistently doing your best. What I want people to understand is, is no matter what you think about yourself, you are good enough to do your best right now. No matter how hard you try, you can’t be better than what you are. I know at first, it looks like a play on words…but what we have to understand is, is this culture that’s obsessed with better is also an anxious culture. When are anxious the mind goes to the future, you quit performing at your best, so what we know about when human beings are at their best, they don’t go forward in the future. They don’t go backwards in the past. They stay present, and the mind gets really quiet, and you function optimally. The problem that I have with better is it keeps pulling you to the future. If you’re a leader, just go to people and say, “Look, all I’m asking you to do is do the best that you can.” If you’re a leader what I can say is if you could get others to perform at their best, then you’re doing your job at a high level!

B30YJgcH2Ry Have you ever set a goal, achieved it, became content, and then went looking for the next thing? It’s fascinating how quickly our lives adjust to reaching a goal: We get our dream job and, soon enough, start wondering when the next promotion will come. We move into a new house and then, a few years later, start dreaming of the next dream house. .. We quickly adjust our realities, constantly creating new normals. And then we want more. .. But we all have different goals—different mountains to climb. One person’s climb may be about fat loss; another’s may be about muscle mass; and someone else may be trying to find a passion and something they enjoy. And we often think we've reached the top of the mountain, only to realize it was really just the base of another, larger one. And so we start out again. .. Think about where you are in your climb: Have you reached the top of one mountain and are now enjoying the view, or are you already preparing for the next climb? Maybe you’re in the middle of your climb and struggling to make it through. Wherever you are, you can enjoy the view. There's something worth seeing from every point in your journey. @𝐋 𝐔 𝐃 𝐖 𝐈 𝐆

B3udMOgnWOz All day long, most people have a running dialogue with themselves. If you actually stop and listen to these messages, you may wonder how you accomplish anything at all. How many times in a given day do you find yourself mentally rehearsing the worst possible outcome, or telling yourself you can’t do something, or it's too hard? If you are in the middle of a workout and you begin to fatigue, does that little voice in your head encourage you to give up?! .. Getting a handle on our self-talk is one of the hardest things many of us will attempt. So just how can you reduce those negative messages?! .. 1. Choose a mantra: To get started with creating more positive self-talk, choose one of two mantras you can use during your training. This could be a simple affirmation, such as "I feel like a beast” or as Ronnie would say "Yeah buddy! Nothing but a 🥜” or another simple, positive phrase you can repeat over and over again. .. 2. Practice multiple scenarios: Once you have developed the habit of repeating this phrase during moments of weakness to the point where it starts to become automatic, start expanding the dialogue so that you have familiar and comfortable statements. For example, if you are going for a new PR you might say, "This weight ain’t s***” or "I’ve done this before and I will do it again!” .. 3. Create a positive mental image or visualization: The phrases and words you choose should be those that you can immediately call up and create a visual picture of yourself doing exactly what you say. The image along with the words is a powerful combination that creates a positive message tied to a belief. As I say just visualize how you want to look! .. I hope you guys found these helpful. Please tag a friend who needs to hear this! .. Oh yeah! The new @Jed North fall line just dropped you definitely need to take a look! 🍁
